Eddy Street Commons is strategically located to offer easy access to over 11,000 businesses within a 10 mile radius including Granger, Gullivore Park and the central business district. This is in addition to the 150,000+ residents, Notre Dame students and employees, as well as other nearby campuses that surround the project (Holy Cross College and St. Mary's College). The South Bend Metropolitan Area contained an estimated 317,000 residents in 2006.
