Asset Management acts as the financial steward for all operating assets in the portfolio which includes day-to-day property management operations, lease administration and other related functions. The group is charged with maximizing value from every Kite-owned real estate asset which includes pursuit of ancillary income opportunities, ongoing strategic analysis of each asset including the potential positioning of the property for redevelopment and optimization of operating expenses for each property.
